Terms and Conditions

• All Booking are subject to Star Cruises Term & Conditions
• All fares are in Singapore Dollars and do not include Passenger handling Charges, Fuel Surcharge, Visa charges ( where applicable ),optional land tours fee and any other incidental charges
• Offer is capacity controlled and subject to cabin availability
• The special offer rate cannot be combined with other promotions and not applicable to any existing booking.
• Single occupancy Not Applicable.
• 3rd and/or 4th pax child below 12 years old (both kids must be the members of the Starkids Club) cruise for FREE when accompanied by 2 full paying pax sharing in the same cabin. In addition to the above offer, 10% off normal rate of Mid season is applicable to other pax as non-SKC, i.e. 1st & 2nd pax (except infant).
• Minimum 3 passengers per cabin. One pax must be Starkids Club member.
• Other pax (non-SKC members) will be charged at normal rate of Low / Mid season.
• Infant (non-SKC members) pays 25% of normal twin share rates upon 2 paying pax.
• Offer is applicable to StarKids Club members.
• Maximum of two Starkids membership cards to be utilized per cabin.
• Starkids Club member must cruise along in order to enjoy for the offer.
• Balcony dining credit and privileges are applicable, i.e. RED card.
• A Pregnant Women will only be allowed passage if she is less than 24 weeks pregnant at the time of Sailing.
• Infant aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the cruise will be refused permission to board the ship.
• Please note maximum 4 passengers for Inside / Oceanview Stateroom with Window and maximum 3 adults or 2 adults 2 child for ocean view stateroom with Balcony. The 3rd & 4th person (refer to child) must be accompanied by 2 adult for AC - BC cabins .
• Infant fare has to be either 3rd / 4th pax after 2 full paying accompanying passengers.
• Worldcard member is eligible to claim points onboard
• Price quoted are subject to change without prior notice and subject to availability of the date of each sailing date.
• Offer cannot be used in conjuntion with any other promotional offers, partial / full redamtin of points, gift vouchers etc. Offer is valid for the above stated departure dates only..
• Fares stated are applicable to Singaporeans, Foreigners holding employment pass, Permanent Resident ( PR ) or Work Permit holders status in Singapore only. ( Min 1 holder per cabin )
• Any amendments made within 7 days or less prior to sailing will be considered as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply.
• A S$50.00 administration fee (per person) will apply for any amendment and/or cancellation made to a booking after the confirmation has been issued within the promotion period. This fee is payable on top of any amendment/cancellation charges.
• Requests made after promotion / Star Savers ( Star Saver 60 days, Star Saver 45 days ) expired, prevailing fare will apply as per Amendment Policy.

• Star cruises reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call at any time and / or for any reason whatsoever without prior notice.
• Ship Fuel Surcharge applies to all passengers including children and infants with effect from 18 Oct 2004.
• Check-in commences 4 hours prior to scheduled sailing time.
