Genting Garden Hotpot provides a distinctive hotpot dining experience perched atop the hills. Guests can select from eight different broths crafted from high-quality ingredients and enjoy a wide variety of premium cuts, handmade meatballs, and fresh seafood. The restaurant’s organic vegetables are grown in their own Greenhouse, located within Genting Secret Garden Hotpot. To complement the hotpot, diners can create their perfect dipping sauce from a selection of over 20 options.
The restaurant is situated on Level 2 of the Highlands Hotel, operating for lunch from 12PM – 2.30PM and dinner from 6PM – 9.30PM.
Guests can savour a diverse range of delicious noodle and rice dishes while experiencing an authentic Hong Kongstyle diner atmosphere. Popular choices at Cha Chaan Teng include the Hong Kong-style Bo Lo Bun and the renowned Hong Kong Milk Tea. Recommended dishes include Hong Kong-style wanton noodle soup and baked pork chop rice with cheese and curry sauce.
Cha Chaan Teng is located on Level 2 of the Highlands Hotel and operates daily from 8AM to 11PM.
