Is seating on the coach free seating, or are seats assigned?
Our service operates on a free-seating basis. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Standing is also permitted if all seats are occupied.
Can I purchase a ticket directly when boarding, or is advance online booking required?
Both options are available. For online bookings, simply present the QR code to the driver when boarding. Alternatively, tickets may be purchased directly onboard. We accept cash, EZ-Link, Visa, and Mastercard payments.
Does a 1-year-old child require a ticket or a separate seat for the journey?
Children below 1.2m in height travel at the child fare. Children below 0.9m in height travel complimentary.
Can I store my luggage and stroller in the coach's luggage compartment? Are there any additional charges?
Yes, luggage and strollers may be stored in the luggage compartment below the coach at no additional charge.
